Breathing is something we do every moment of our lives, yet most of us are never taught how to use it intentionally.

When children learn how to control their breath, they gain access to a tool that can help them:

-Regulate big emotions like anger, frustration, and anxiety

-Feel more grounded, safe, and in control of their bodies
